Glamorous Apartment Spot was founded in 2018 by a small group of architects, real estate professionals, and hospitality veterans who shared a single conviction: that residential living in Gatineau deserved a dramatic upgrade. At the time, the local market offered plenty of functional apartments but very few that combined genuine design excellence with the kind of attentive service you would expect from a boutique hotel.
The founding team spent eighteen months studying the finest residential projects in Montreal, Toronto, Copenhagen, and Melbourne before breaking ground on our flagship building at 3695 Ocie Gateway. Every material was hand-selected, every floor plan stress-tested with real-life scenarios, and every common area designed to foster community without sacrificing privacy.
Since opening our doors in early 2020, we have welcomed over three hundred residents and maintained an occupancy rate above 97 percent — a testament to the enduring appeal of thoughtful design and genuine hospitality. Today, we continue to refine and expand our offerings, guided by the same passion that inspired our very first sketch.

With over twenty years in luxury real estate development across Quebec and Ontario, Isabelle brings a keen eye for design and an unwavering commitment to resident satisfaction. She oversees all strategic decisions and ensures every apartment meets her exacting standards before a single key is handed over.
Head of operations
Marc-Antoine coordinates the day-to-day running of the building, from maintenance scheduling to vendor relationships. A former hotel general manager, he applies hospitality best practices to residential living and leads a team of twelve dedicated staff members who keep everything running smoothly around the clock.

Chloé is often the first person prospective residents meet, and her warmth and knowledge make every viewing feel personal.
